Fatal car accidents can occur pretty much anyplace, anytime

No matter one’s age or pace of residence, tragedy can come without warning. Many Tennessee families have been forever changed when car accidents steal the lives of their cherished loved ones. Recently, one crash involving four cars resulted in the death of a young child.

One Tennessee community is mourning the loss of one of its members. According to the report, Tennessee Traffic Division officers responded to the scene of a wreck involving four vehicles. The preliminary report states that a vehicle carrying a driver and a child was stopped in a travel lane while preparing to turn into the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. A car that was traveling in the same lane collided with the rear of the stopped car.

The collision forced the second vehicle into the opposing travel lanes where it was struck on the right side by a third car. That vehicle was then hit by a fourth automobile. The occupants of the second car were transported by emergency crews to nearby medical centers. Sadly, the female child died of the injuries she suffered in the crash. The driver of the first car was not injured while the two other motorists were taken by private vehicles for treatment of undisclosed injuries.

The condition of the motorist of the car carrying the child is also unknown. While the community is actively engaged in supporting the family of the deceased child, there is little that can repair the emotional damage that has been done. Tennessee families who find themselves in the nightmare of losing loved ones in senseless car accidents often are overwhelmed with grief and the monetary burdens these tragedies impose. A compassionate attorney can help them decide if seeking recompense for their financial damages through a civil lawsuit against the party or parties deemed responsible for their losses is the best course of action for their particular circumstances.
